FAQ

Is there any upfront cost for the event organizer?

None at all. There are no setup fees, no design fees, and no inventory costs. You only pay us for the tags that your participants actually purchase. It is a completely risk-free revenue stream for your club or event.

Do we have to ship the tags with our race packs or after the event?

No. We handle 100% of the fulfillment. We manufacture, pack, and ship the tags directly to the participant's home address. You do not need to stuff extra envelopes or worry about postage.

How does the revenue share work?

You set the selling price for your participants (we recommend £9.99. We charge you a fixed wholesale rate per tag of £6. You keep 100% of the markup. We will invoice you for the wholesale cost after the race, meaning you are never out of pocket.

How do we get the participant data to you?

After the race, you simply export a CSV/Excel file of the participants who purchased a tag and email it to us. We have a template you can use so you can include their name and time. We take it from there.

Will the tag fit our specific medal?

More than likely, yes. Our tags are designed to to attach to medals with a ribbon up to 40mm. We can send you a sample to test on your medals, and even tweak the design to fit your specific event perfectly.

Does this work with my registration platform (Eventbrite, etc.)?

Yes. You just need to add an "Upgrade" or "Optional Extra" field to your existing checkout flow, much like you would for t-shirts or other optional extras. We don't need direct access to your system, we just need the data export at the end.

What if a participant makes a spelling mistake or has an issue with their tag or delivery?

We are happy to handle all customer service queries regarding the tags. If a participant has an issue with their tag, let us know as soon as possible or redirect them to us directly, and we will fix whatever needs fixing with the utmost urgency.

Can we customize the tag colour to match our brand?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of colours you can choose from, and can recommend the best match for your medal ribbons. And we are always happy to provide samples ahead of an event.

What are the tags made from?

The tags are 3D Printed using PLA plastic.

What about data protection for my participants?

We securely keep only the information about the participants that you send us for as long as we need it to produce and post the tags. We send orders with Royal Mail so will provide names and addresses to them for delivery, but the data is not sent or transferred elsewhere. We keep the data for 30 days after the tags have all been sent in case any are lost in transit. The data for that event will then be securely deleted.
