How long will it take to receive my order? 
Personalised orders are custom-made just for you, please allow 2-3 business days for production. Once your order has been printed and inspected, it will be shipped via Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery typically takes an additional 2-3 business days. You can expect to receive your order within approximately one week of placing it.

My order has arrived damaged/not arrived at all, what should I do?
Please get in touch with us at help@milestonmedals.com and we will find a way to sort your issue.

What are the products made from?
Our tags are precision printed using a high-quality, durable, and lightweight material called PLA. PLA is a plant-based thermoplastic, which means it's tough enough to last a lifetime but is also derived from renewable resources.

I made a mistake with the personalisation on my order. Can I change it?
Because every tag is made to order, production begins very quickly. If you have made a mistake, please contact us at help@milestonemedals.com as soon as possible with your order number. If we have not yet started printing your tag, we will do our best to make the change for you.

Do you offer discounts for clubs or events?
